a gentle hatha yoga class, integrating somatic movements and yoga asanas, presented in an easy and approachable manner. focus is on restoring harmony, balance and well-being in body and mind.

class is 90 minutes to allow for breath practices, movement and deep relaxation. yoga as a meditation in motion.

PRANA YOGA, YOGA FOR TRANSFORMATION

a deepening of the foundation practices for continuing students. incorporates pranayama, yogic breathing practices, ayurvedic principles, and a focus on the 5 elements to transform our body and mind.
