ADVANCED YOGA

exploring a variety of yoga traditions, this class incorporates advanced pranayama practice, mudras, mantras and yoga nidra in addition to advanced asana practice. This class is a continuing education class for teachers and provides yoga alliance CEU’s.

HATHA YOGA

authentic yoga class includes warm ups, flow sequences, poses incorporating all the movements of the spine as well as breathing practices and relaxation. suitable for intermediate students familiar with the foundation poses.

GENTLE YOGA

a slower moving class focusing on structural alignment, somatic explorations and corrective practices to heal injuries and restore energy levels, with more time for calming breathing practices and healing relaxation. suitable for all students.

INVITATION TO WHOLENESS YOGA

integrating yoga, qigong, ayurveda and somatic explorations.
enjoyable and relaxing combination of practices promoting health and well-being. suitable for all students.

CHI YOGA

a delightful blend of qigong and daoist yoga. based on the daoist philosophy of yin\yang and the 5 element theory. practice encourages harmonious energy flow through the meridians. suitable for all students.
