authentic yoga class includes warm ups, flow sequences, poses incorporating all the movements of the spine as well as breathing practices and relaxation. suitable for intermediate students familiar with the foundation poses.
a slower moving class focusing on structural alignment, somatic explorations and corrective practices to heal injuries and restore energy levels, with more time for calming breathing practices and healing relaxation. suitable for all students.
in this class we move from body consciousness to energy consciousness and focus on the energetic anatomy of chakras, nadis, koshas, pranas. includes pranayama, mantra, meditation and yoga nidra. suitable for students at an intermediate level.
a delightful blend of qigong and daoist yoga. based on the daoist philosophy of yin\yang and the 5 element theory. practice encourages harmonious energy flow through the meridians. suitable for all students.
